Terms applying to Eco6Dprint session purchases, gifts, printing, free second appointments and PayPal payment.
Last updated: 18/08/2026
These terms govern the distance purchase of Eco6Dprint sessions offered by Askabide Klinika S.L. A purchase may include a session, files or photographs, a personalised physical reproduction and any other items expressly described in the selected card.
Each clinic has its own catalogue. Before payment, the clinic, session name, price and included features are shown. The server validates the product identifier and amount; a price altered in the browser is not accepted.
Payment is completed on PayPal. PayPal records the transaction and the clinic verifies the payment before arranging the appointment. The clinic will contact the purchaser after payment to arrange the date; purchasing a session does not by itself reserve a specific time slot.
The purchaser may select the gift option for an available session. After payment, the clinic contacts the purchaser to prepare the gift and arrange the appointment with the recipient. The correct clinic must be selected because prices and included features may differ between locations.
Keepsake sessions are non-diagnostic. Diagnostic options are expressly identified. The pregnant person must continue all recommended obstetric care.
Fetal position and other conditions can prevent adequate visualisation or a printable volume. This cannot be guaranteed before the appointment.
Where the purchased card includes it and the professional determines that visualisation has been insufficient, a second appointment is offered completely free of charge, subject to availability. Availability of this second appointment is stated on the selected clinic and session card.
These are supplied only where the selected session states so. The USB drive contains the best videos and photographs captured in JPG and AVI formats. Included prints will be ready for collection at the same clinic no earlier than seven calendar days later.
The base may include name, date and gestational age. The purchaser must check spelling before manufacture is authorised. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to personal specifications once manufacture has begun, without affecting rights relating to non-conformity or defects.
Where legally applicable, consumers have the statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts. If the consumer requests that a service begins during that period, express consent may be required and the rules concerning the part already performed will apply. To cancel or change an appointment, contact the clinic as soon as possible; any financial condition must have been disclosed before the date was confirmed.
Printing defects, manufacturing errors attributable to Eco6Dprint or discrepancies with the order will be reviewed under consumer law. Contact: info@eco6dprint.com.
Consumers may request official complaint forms at the relevant clinic and use any dispute-resolution mechanisms that are legally applicable.
